Die patientennahe Sofortdiagnostik erhält einen immer höheren Stellenwert im gesamten Gesundheitssystem. Sie ermöglicht u.a. schnelle therapeutische Entscheidungen und ist z.B. vielfach im Bereich der Blutgasanalytik sowie der Glukosebestimmung etabliert. In der Regel werden Analysen der patientennahen Sofortdiagnostik nicht von Laborfachpersonal durchgeführt, sondern werden vom Personal am Point-of-Care, also z.B. dem Pflegepersonal oder Ärzten, vorgenommen. Keine anderen Testergebnisse haben eine größere direkte Auswirkung auf die Patientenbehandlung [1].

Gerade in der patientennahen Sofortdiagnostik ist der Stellenwert der Präanalytik, also aller Prozesse, die vor der eigentlichen Analytik stattfinden, besonders hoch. Fehler in der Präanalytik gelten als Ursache von bis zu 62% aller Fehler in Laboranalysen [2]. Es gilt also die möglichen Fehlerquellen in der patientennahen Sofortdiagnostik zu erkennen, um so fehlerhafte Messergebnisse mit möglichen Risiken für die Patientenversorgung bereits im Vorfeld zu vermeiden und Patienten- und Bedienersicherheit zu gewährleisten.

In diesem Webinar werden die präanalytischen Herausforderungen beleuchtet und sollen den Anwender dabei unterstützen, ein erfolgreiches Management in der patientennahen Sofortdiagnostik zu etablieren.
